Our flag ship vinegar - Proudly produced in Prince Edward County. Using mother from Modena, Italy our balsamic vinegar is aged in 100 year old Spanish Sherry casks and blended with local maple syrup. We take tradition and innovation and add a twist to create a product that is uniquely Canadian. No artificial colours or preservatives.
