Blend Holy Juimpin with 30 – 35% maple syrup
Drizzle over fish on plate
Salad Vinaigrette
Blend with olive / avocado, or desired oil for garden, Caesar or Greek Salads. Blend Holy Jumpin vinegar 20- 25% maple syrup, drizzle over grilled vegetables. Zucchini, carrots, sweet potato, grilled beets.
Substitute, for malt vinegar, on roasted potatoes, home fries, poutine,
Bread dipping, with most cheeses, ideal with old sharp cheese or blue cheese.
